- Psychotherapy: CBT-E (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, family-based therapy (for younger patients)
- Coordination with dietitians, medical providers, and possibly in-patient care (if medically unstable)
- Relapse prevention planning, body-image work, lifestyle integration
